Best resource for ABIM!

I think this is the best resource out there to prepare for ABIM and to refresh medical knowledge. I love the teaching dynamics it uses.

Glitchy

Great concept. I Love knowmedge, however, the app is glitchy. It takes forever to load and refresh and it should be leave you where you left off. At times I click on something on the screen and nothing happens, so it also freezes.

I can not sign up at all!!!!

Very difficult to use

The content of this app is very demanding. The questions are simply very tough. My concern is that the organization of the app and the online program prevents the user from learning the material. There is a cold "either you know it or you don't" feel to the app. If this app is to be useful, it needs a helpful "give me a hint" button and then a detailed explanation of right and wrong answers. Next, the user needs to be able to go back to already-reviewed questions easily, or pick up where he left off. There is a lot of room for improvement here.
