Everything about the new update is just fine except!: DO NOT LIKE THE PART WHERE U TRANSFER FUNDS!! The way it was was perfect-this part has become much more confusing….was just simpler the way it was…

The past few years this app has been very buggy. Prior to that it worked flawlessly. Recently it has locked me out of my account several times and has had many sign in related issues. It will not load the sign in screen and the retry button does nothing.

I do not like the new transfer method.

Changing existing payee information is awkward when using an iPad.

I used to like using the app, every thing was quick and convenient. Now you have to go through so many sub menus it would almost be easier to just drive to the bank and do all the transfer there.

Always awesome service for 35 plus years!
