Kodak Mobile Film Scanner

I works with the old 1 camera iPhone models . it doesn’t focus on the “new” , 4 years old apple devices . There is no way to select the correct camera and macro mode

Doesn’t work with phones that have multiple lenses (basically any of the iphones over the past 5+ years) so the app is basically useless.

The light under the slides slides is too bright and the iPhone 14 Pro just sees a bright square without anything else. Total waste of time. It’s going back to Amazon tomorrow

This worked adequately back when I had an iPhone 8. BUT now that I have an iPhone 14, it’s completely useless. Will not work with the newer phone’s camera.

This app/product was amazing the first couple of years I used it. Recently found some more old family film negatives that I was SO excited to explore. Only to find out that this app and product is completely non functional now because it will not focus! Beyond disappointed and in disbelief that the app hasn’t been updated to work with modern cameras.

I’m guessing all the positive reviews are fake; there’s no way anyone found this product/app useful as a negative scanner. Pictures were unnecessarily blurry because the app has no focus control at all. Absolute waste of time and money. KODAK should be ashamed to sell a product like this.

iPhone 14 Pro Max Using Kodak Mobile Film Scanner purchased from Amazon. Can only use the main lens and the app does not focus. Would be nice if we could switch to the Wide Angle or Telephoto lens.

Probably more of a hardware issue but The little scanner box is too close to let my iPhone 13 mini focus anymore.

Please update the app. It’s not working well with the newer iPhones.

Really is better than the other slide/negative film apps out there but needs bugs squashed. Lets you use all your lenses but the ultra wide on 13 pro is crashing the app for me which would make the best photo. Also needs to reward those early adopters that brought the app instead of forcing subscription.
