The app has no dark mode and is blindingly white. Also there are issues with different text sizes in the same article, with some of the text being gigantic!

It’s 2023 and this newly-redesigned app doesn’t have dark mode? Both the KING and KIRO apps have it, so I’ll be using them indefinitely for local news until this baseline functionality is added. The app itself looks and works fine, but at this point entire operating systems feature dark mode. Nobody ships an app these days without that feature….except whoever designed this app for KOMO. Super lame someone within that organization greenlit this as an acceptable user experience. Do better by your users and give us the choice every other app does.

Downloaded this app as it was advertised having an Urgent Care wait time tracker. Upon downloading the app this feature is nowhere to be found.

I found it funny that the title states “mobile”. Every smartphone and tablet on the market has screen rotation as does every news app, (other than KOMO) it seems.

Doesn’t support iPad landscape mode Will delete the app

I’m using a 12” tablet and the whole Komo live screen is about one inch - it can’t be enlarged, in fact the app won’t even maximize. It’s smaller than something you would watch on your phone.

Not liking the new design after giving it multiple weeks. Tap targets are very sensitive while scrolling it’s easy to accidentally open articles and I really really miss dark mode.

Same issue. Opens and goes right back to the home screen.

Was having no problem with app. Then suddenly when click icon. Goes right back to home page what happened with app. Ch 5 and 7 are fine

The recent update has removed the availability of adding the app to the widgets.
