Awful app. I signed up and assumed I'd have a free trial period before the £24.99 kicked in but it charged me! It seems I'm paying now for a timer, and that's basically it! No option for weight to be in lbs with no option of stones or kilos. No graphs or charts to see what's happening in my body and almost no science behind what's happening. Agree with other reviews that articles are out of date. One other person's review reply said to get refund via the App Store. Cannot see where to do that!! Angry

There is nothing about this app that you can’t do for free with a very basic excel sheet and a timer on your phone. Info/articles are far from unique and can be found with simple google searches. No where near enough instruction and guidance for actual fasting plan, or times when to do it. For £10 a month this app is a rip off. Most smartphones would be able to do everything it does entirely for free, internet, excel and a timer is all your need.

If you dedicate to this then it does work. In 5 weeks i have lost 5.3kg. Only downside is having to pay to see your weight loss over time. If you’re looking to cut then i would recommend this app.

I signed up through Instagram adverts, i went through the registration form and paid for 3 months. Then nothing….. I didn’t get an email and I never received a password, so I couldn’t log in. I have spent the last week trying to make contact and nobody responds. Please send me back my £30!

i started fasting on thursday and is going really well so far, i’ve stated to 16hr and 12hr fasts so far but will move to full day fasts soon hopefully

Been using this app for 3 months and their has been not different news, data or articles in that time. All seem to have been written last year and there are no options to interact with it or others
