Konga

I like the konga service, but please konga, you guys are too big for such an amature app, please get a better app developer to make a more quality app, not one that keeps logging you out, and goes blank at times, for now I prefer using the k konga website on my phone, and I have created a short court on my home page

Just downloaded Konga on the 1st of July 2024 as suggested by a friend to get a product, the app keeps logging me out every time I close it, I mean I have to put in my email and password every time I want to use the app, it’s so frustrating. Plus my order worth 130k has not been confirmed since 1st of July and i have paid. Processing for 3 days, really?

The same website design for almost a decade, no variety of products, everytime i open the app i always have to upgrade

I have started downloading the app before I decided to read the reviews. It’s safe to say after reading customers frustrations, I am immediately going to delete the app. I won’t even bother trying to sign up. I decided to drop this review, because I hope this comment can be reviewed during management meeting (If you hold them at Konya). It’s sad to see complaints from last year is still the same up till now. If this was 2000 maybe this will pass but in this age of varying e-commerce options and the weight placed on word of mouth, it doesn’t make marketing and branding sense to not take visible corrective steps to fix these complaints. And to think your competitor’s app is right under yours in the App Store. Their downloads are the thousands and yours in hundred. A word is enough, except of cause this brand means nothing to the stakeholders.

I ordered a product and they delayed it for the past five days just to cancel it for me. Customer service is the worst I have been talking to a bot who has telling me am in the queue . It has been almost four hours and no one has still reached out to me.their mobile number not working and the app itself is slow in general. They will fail you

One of the most useless app in the world. Very slow like a snail . Have to wait almost a whole day for it to open fully before you can make a transaction. Very annoying app

Even if I hate a person passionately, I would never wish Konga on that person. There are mama-put joints that deliver 5-star customer experiences compared to this thing. If you value peace of mind like I do, stick with jumia.

Sometimes after adding items to cart, they suddenly disappears expecially when you want to return to the previous page. Also, checking out on orders could be really annoying when items you didn’t add automatically adds itself or subtract its self. Please kindly fix your app!

The fact that i have to log in everytime i open the app is really tiring. If i open it 30 times in a day, i have to log in 30 times. Why can’t the app just keep me logged in like every other app?
