Amazing

This talks about different ways your mind can be distracted from work at hand. It then explains the types of consequences we face from distractions, such as notifications, emails and multi tasking because of boredom. It teaches you to quantify your abilities by simply, focusing on work at hand and controlling your cognitive mind from distractions, frequent breaks (explains types of breaks, 20-20-20 rule) and how to rest parts of your brain by reaching out to natural environments devoid man-made stimuli! Though, it would have been nice to touch base on overcoming emotional distractions. However, emotional/present distractions can be interpreted to using similar techniques; exercise and meditation. Also made notes of some handy apps, such as auto-messages to your contacts when busy, sleep tracker and games you can play to improve neuroplasticty (continuing to learn new things through age majority), games such as neuroracer and Gazzeley Lab also introducing a game called Brain-trainer.

Short but assertive audios, with engaging voice. Text added for more detailed information with quizes that will help with information retention (i missed a lot of them and had to go back to the audio😬)

Cancelled my subscription a month ago as was not interested in the app (even checked the other day the subscription was in my inactive subscriptions)! Today they have taken another £6 from my bank (causing me to go into an overdraft)! When I will not use this app and haven’t done so in over a month! Tried to contact them but they have no contact details, & there website is in French! Thief’s!

I have only just started using it but it has helped with my productivity!
