If you don’t pay for a subscription fee, then you have a useless device.

I’d like to start this out by saying a $60 watch combined with a $20 subscription fee is insane. I got this watch as a gift, and now it is rendered useless. Why can’t I even use the watch now? I’m very unhappy with the watch service. It said nowhere that a subscription was needed, and I even read a review from 11 months ago experiencing the same issues. I am very disappointed.

I, like so many other people, find out too late how worthless this is. They never said you had to pay $20 a month to use the features of this scale. It is totally worthless. Have had nothing but trouble with it. It ends up being a $100 digital scale that I could have got for $20 at the drugstore. Do not spend your hard earned money. It also told me I weighed 500lbs!!! Customer service is worthless. Look at Facebook comments under their posts, people are livid with this company!

My family all has Kore trackers & we thought they were great - until they started to require $19.99 monthly membership fee. When they change this exorbitant fee, we will join again.

Do not want a new plan but it will not even allow me to move on. I bought the scale I do not need a bunch of helps. What a scam

As other reviewers have mentioned, you now need to pay $20/month to access the features of this scale. $20 per MONTH. If you really enjoy paying the same amount for your scale that you do for Netflix, this is the right scale for you.

Buy the scale and can’t get the info I want unless I subscribe to their site for $19.99/mo. Wish I knew this before purchase. Buyer beware. There are other scales that have bmi and other data without having to pay for a membership. My screen is locked so I can’t even track my weight on the app without subscribing now.

There is no way of contacting this company. Once you purchase you’re stuck with it, and there is no online support or no way of contacting.
