Bad service. I did a 2000$ transfer and they blocked it, it took 2 hours of my time to send forth and back emails, and documents when I told them I need quick response. My reciever had to wait all this time in bank and could not recieve the transfer. Just stress.👎🏻

It is no longer possible to transfer to family or friends in Russia

Июне можно было отправить в РФ, в Ноябре нет, в Январе опять можно, в Мае уже нельзя.

Я не могу найти Россию в списке стран куда возможно переводить деньги через ваш канал. Если вы убрали эту страну из ваших списков, то я требую убрать всю мою личную информацию из ваших регистров. Пользование вашим каналом на этом заканчивается. Спасибо за помощь до этого момента.

Перевела себе на карту Озон в очередной раз. Деньги не пришли, но в чеке написано-получить в банке.хотя способ при переводе указала-на карту. А в Мурманске таких пунктов нет, только в Москве. Оформила возврат. И теперь деньги придут не мне назад на карту, а на пункт в Осло-это 2000км от меня. Ну и, естественно, по совсем другому курсу. По мне-сомнительная схема

I sent my money, but transaction was suspended by Koronapay compliance team due to background check. 2 days after provided documents transfer was cancelled without any clarifications from compliance team nor background check results. Money came back with delay of 2 days. I made transfer again and it has been suspended again with no service emails/requests this time. Quality and compliance team works horrible!

I should send money to my fiancée in Russia but not possible I see,shame on corona pay and gouverments.

My mother was at 5 differensiert offices to pick ut the money I sent her. None of them were opened. Rather frustrating! No stars from me.
