Can’t use this app
Unfortunately for 3 days now I’ve been unable to use this app and it’s quite sad considering this is my only way of watching kcontent. Please sort this asap

KBS WORLD PROBLEMS CONTINUE…P
Emailed KORTV many times about KBS WORLD not loading…never received any response. IF IT DOESN’T WORK OR WAS REPLACED, THEN REMOVE THE #$&% KBS WORLD ICON FROM THE KORTV WEBSITE.
Can’t get KBS World to work
Any ideas on getting KBS world to work would be greatly appreciated
KOR TV app
The app at least monthly is not allowing my subscription to deliver the programs on my Apple TV cube. This has been a recurring problem. I miss weeks of programs and no one to help resolve the issue
Not as advertised
The $9.99 silver plan says you are supposed to get 15 channels “including KBS World24, MBN, Arirang TV, and Yonhap News TV.” When I upgraded to the silver plan, I only got 2 channels (TV Chosun and KMC). All other channels prompt me to upgrade to the more expensive gold plan.
KBS World Channel Doesn’t Work
I paid for the premium channels package twice in attempt to get the KBS World channel. I received a “Something went wrong” dialog message every time I attempted to open the channel. I contacted KORTV in order to resolve. I have been very disappointed that KORTV has not responded to my request to resolve the issue. The KBS World channel has not work even though I subscribed to the channel twice.
Glitchy and confusing
Terrible
No Option to reset username
Passwords are easy for me. But with a zillion apps with various parameters for usernames I often forget what username is required for what app. This app has no option to reset the username. Reset password- YES; Reset Username- NO! Thus the low rating.
