I think the watch should be more customizable. I request improvement on this subject such as ringtone, notification sound, alarm ringtones.

Your mobile app is disappointing. You don't show Mileage in Swimming mode, it just doesn't make sense to show calories. In addition, 4000 contacts are saved in my phone book, but your application only shows the names of 100 contacts in an incoming call. I would have preferred you to have developed more useful engineering instead of dozens of unnecessary sports modes. I'm so sorry I bought your watch. I would probably give it to a child. This inadequacy is only suitable for a child's use. I hope you read this message!

Them MSN not working

I have an updated iPhone 13 Pro and the app works fine on it. It could be better with individual functionality and adjustments. Speaking towards the weather part. The app also doesn’t seem to auto-sync with the watch even though it is allowed to in my phone settings. I have to manually sync it every time I look at the weather and see it is not the same as my phone’s until I open the app and then it syncs up. Yet, heart rate, O2, and blood pressure auto-sync. Why not have them all sync up or better yet, let me choose to allow the weather or any other function to auto-sync or not. If the last three items have that option, all of them should. Next is the text notifications. There are specific apps that are preloaded and then there is other. “Other” should be broken down into what is automatically pushed to my watch. Lastly, I like the lock feature, but can you lock just the screen? If I’m swimming I would want to see how I’m doing but the screen will move on its own because of the water. Same as in the shower. Can the devs make those things happen? Update: there are now less watch faces than before. Are they being removed and replaced with less options? The app needs to be fixed Devs. I cannot make adjustments from the app, such as turning off the heart rate monitor from my phone. I get a circle with a big X inside. The same kind you get when it’s syncing without the wait while syncin prompt. Those that used to be adjusted from the app can no longer be adjusted. Please fix this.
