While logging into the application, biometric authentication works fine. However, during payment, it would be better to disable biometric authentication, especially on iPhones, as the Face ID feature can trigger an immediate payment if we merely look at the phone. This can lead to accidental payments, particularly when we are still deciding whether to proceed. Additionally, I have three accounts under one CRN: Savings, Current, and Spendz. Currently, the application defaults to my Current account for payments, which requires me to manually switch to the Spendz account every time. It would be more convenient if you provided an option to set a default payment account to streamline the process.

Minimise app without closing. Lock phone without closing app. Open app again, don’t go through 2FA login. Opens app without authentication. Fix this security flaw.

The design is not appealing and disproportioned and it’s still lacking important features like current MAB for month

Navigation for banking activity tab are not seen

its nice clean app with only important features but if the app can provide direct Qr code scan widget will be awesome. not using for payment only because every time opening app and finding scanner is very much outdated😬

Very convenient app , please reduce the latency while opening the app in fast mode as priority thing. All other options are working great.
