Krijg om de week of zelfs 2x per week een update. Zwaar irritant als je de app wil openen doet hij het niet voordat, je een update hebt gedaan!

The KOVnet Ouderapp offers your childcare the following:
In the notebook, the leaders regularly write messages about your child's day and you can do it yourself - leave a comment. Some shelter locations also take nice photos that you can view here and of course you can download. If your location uses the notebook, you have the option to download the notebook.
Via the app you can request a change if you want to exchange a day or request an extra day or a day off. As soon as your request has been processed, you will receive the response directly in the app.
If your child is ill, or if something else intervenes that prevents you from bringing your child to daycare, you can easily deregister your child.
All invoices and annual overviews and newsletters can be found here and can be viewed and downloaded immediately.
Your childcare can also use a chat function so that you as a parent can chat 1 on 1 with the group.

De chat laadt 9 van de 10 keer niet en het toetsenbord valt over het typevlak heen, als het wel geopend kon worden. App herstarten werkt helaas niet, kan steeds niet in de chat komen.
Chat sturen toont maar 1 regel
Prima app, maar na de update zie je in de chat nog maar 1 regels tijdens het typen. Super irritant

Fijne app waar alles in te regelen is. We blijven op een makkelijke manier geïnformeerd over wat er vandaag op het KDV is gebeurd.

Wij worden goed op de hoogte gebracht door onze kinderdagverblijf in deze app. Af en toe een foto van onze zoon. Ook in één overzicht de facturen vind ik ideaal. Alles op één plek 👍
