Doesnt show balance doesnt show my cards what is the point of this app?

Top to bottom, some of the worst customer service you can receive. Your employees are lazy, incompetent and apathetic to their patients and customers. I cannot wait to switch from Kaiser to another provider during open enrollment.

I love this app because I am able to easily see my HSA account and submit claims.

Why do I have to wait 9 days after you receive the funds from my bank via ACH to have them clear and be available?? Ridiculous

We’re unable to add, remove, replace old attachments to a claim. It makes it difficult to properly attach and organize the requested documents. We’re also unable to edit claims. It’s difficult to ensure everything is accurate. Also, can’t see if miles were added in a previous claim.
