New updated app is terrible

The new version weather app is terrible! Keeps signing off and freezes.

How do I go back to the old version?

This updated app is awful. The radar map is nice but the video forecast is not updated promptly and there is no written forecast to refer to.

I want the old tracker back

Really dislike the update. I even went to download other channel weather apps to try and find some sort of similarity to the old version. Now this new tracker ..it just looks like the others cluttered, and not as easy to navigate. I use to like the hurricane information in the same app as well now I have to download a whole other app again. Yall had a good one stop trying to be like everyone else with these lame features and useless extra stuff.

Unnecessary redesign & update

The app was great until the redesign. Now it is confusing, hard to navigate, looks disorganized, and the predictions have been so inaccurate. I don’t understand why this change needed to happen but it makes me frustrated just trying to look up the weather on this app, especially now that we are in the middle of hurricane season.

Delayed radar

Your radar map is lagging minutes behind and only showing rain after it’s happened. I miss the old app

Hate the updated app!

I loved the old version of this and it was my go to app even when traveling. This new version is absolutely terrible. Much harder to navigate and is very glitchy. Really wish my auto update was off and I still had the old version.

Worst App Update

The app update to the radar (and the entire app) is absolute terrible. Please revert back to the prior version!

Update is terrible

The new update is insanely terrible. Ill keep the app for a little while to see if someone comes to their senses and reverts back to the old version but I am definitely looking for a new weather app asap. Very disappointing considering I've used this app for literal years…

Please bring back old app

This app is way harder to navigate. The old app was so easy and simple. I know Frank has retired, but you didn’t have to retire the app. This one…. No good. I’ll find another weather app soon

Awful Update for iPhone

With this new app, on my iPhone 13 the Overview, Currents and Hourly pages are all blank. Tried contacting KPRC2’s weather team without success. 😞
