driver’s have no idea where they are going

The app functions well, until I try and put in my credit card information. Every time I try to put in the expiration month and year it won’t take it. So I couldn’t proceed with my order. Just landed in the Bahamas without a car, took a taxi to the AirBNB and ready to get food delivered, but we will not be eating tonight. Ugh, so frustrating.

Kraven give us the best service bar none than any other in New providence.

I have been using this app for a couple of years now and found it to be fantastic. A couple of times I needed help or support it was first class. I highly recommend it.

good app and the bahamas has been needing something like this for a longgg time. kinda laggy and could run a bit smoother buts it’s useable + needs a message feature so the option to text the driver is available as well as calling.

Sadly, your service has gone down hill. Continuous declines of orders due to “card stolen” etc is extremely frustrating. And you don’t reply to emails, nor do you provide a contact number!

My husband and I have tried multiple times to place our order and it won’t let us get past through to pay and place the order. We both tried deleting and downloading the all multiple times and still the same problem continues. Once you click on place the order it takes you to the next screen but the screen looks like the size exceeds the app requirements. You can’t see the action button to continue. My husband finally used the iPad and was able to complete the order. I have photos of how the screen looked but I am unable to attach it.

KRAVEN provided the best delivery I have ever experienced. Highly recommend!

Since updating a few minutes ago, I cannot use the app. I am prompted to confirm my email address by entering a one time pin but I am not receiving it at my email address. I have tried changing the email address to another one and the pin is never delivered. Very disappointing.
