Kris+ by Singapore Airlines

Don’t understand why SQ launch this, should just refine yr krisshop app. Furthermore, on Kris+, you cannot but it’s and send to departure flight. Another poor app from SQ, which although is a great airline, it’s IT platforms in general doesn’t reflect the quality of the mother company.

Good food

I made a substantial purchase at a Kris+ participating merchant, anticipating the chance to earn KrisFlyer miles, only to be told that the KrisPay terminal/network was down.

I’ve been using the app regularly for more than six months now. I’ve experienced multiple problems making restaurant reservations (to receive 100 KrisPay Miles) using the app. Despite writing in multiple times, my emails remain unanswered and this issue remains unresolved so be warned the app doesn’t work well! Ultimately I had to make my reservations using other apps such as Chope etc (which worked flawlessly as we have consistently experienced). Additionally there are errors in the app e.g. as of today, on the “Our Partners” screen, it states you will receive 9 KrisPay Miles at Monti restaurant but when you click onto the Monti screen, the number changes to 3 KrisPay Miles! What an anti-climax! The biggest issue is nobody responds to your feedback/complaint emails and there is no phone number to call…I expected more from this app…

Products selection is poor and often marked up in price. Hard do search for anything. The only reason I shop here is because of the vouchers from SQ PPS. The latest saga is my miles worth over SGD100 disappearing for no reason.

Stay away from buying eSIM from Pelago. Too complex and they don’t refund.
