Вписала 10 участников, начали 1 раунд, после выбора участника который угадал слово игра зависла (замыленный экран) и не реагирует ни на что, перезагрузка не помогла. Приложение не рабочее

Application “Crocodile” from party games collection of HS Games. Crocodile – a party game. Guess the word!
Game modes:
- Basic
- Holidays
- Adults 18+
- Kids
- Hardcore
Game steps:
1) Chose the mode of interest
2) Add all players
3) Set time given to a player to explain the word
4) A player card with a task appears at the screen after the game starts
5) A player should explain the word from the card in a manner described by the task
6) An explaining player and a player who guessed the word both get 1 point
7) A player who guessed the word gets the card and explains the next word
The game has paid tariffs:
1) Party - 3 days for free, afterwards 399₽ per month
2) Month - 599₽ per month
3) Year - 799₽ per year
4) Gold Access - 999₽ for unlimited time period
Payments and prolongation:
The payment will be charged from iTunes user account upon confirmation of the purchase. A subscription is prolonged in case tacit extension is not turned off at least by 24 hours time period preceding the current period expiry.
The payment for the prolongation will be charged from user account within 24 hours time period preceding the current period expiry.
You may manage tacit extension or turn it off at settings section of your personal account at any time after the purchase.
Cancellation of subscription is not allowed during the activated time period.

Сняли за подписку, а рекламу не отключили
Как отключить подписку???
Подключили бесплатную пробную подписку , а настроек или тп нету, что бы её отключить, как то не хочется что бы деньги списывались каждый месяц
Не работает
Купила дополнительный режим за 200 рублей. После одного отгаданного слова приложение зависает. Верните деньги, отмените подписку
