I enjoy the game, but the app is glitchy. Constantly loosing turns, not adding points correctly and lagging

I love the premise of this game - definitely engaging and a great way to pass time… I spend my nights playing game after game until I run into the problem many others face. The lack of access to boards. You get one free board (game) a day, can watch 3 ads for 3 boards a day, or spend coins to purchase more boards. Considering that boards cost about 100 coins, and you get 10 coins for winning a game, it takes a while to save up. Probably the most effective way to gain boards without being a total neanderthal and paying real money is by signing up friends - which is tedious and just straight up annoying. But because I love this game I pestered my friends to download the app just so i could get some extra boards. 30 game boards for free! At the expense of annoying some of my friends! Sounds great until halfway through the game, just as things are speeding up, Prof Kryss glitches and you are stuck waiting for “opponent to make their turn” until the game expires. A complete waste of a game board, which I should reiterate, are hard to come buy. I’m no game developer, just a broke university student. I do have suggestions though, the reward for winning a game should be higher, 10 coins gets you nowhere. Anyone with a fragment of awareness knows the addictive timeout mechanism commonly used by mobile games, the longer you wait, the more you crave. This game makes the timeout way too long. Timeout mechanisms are supposed to make us brainless consumers think “oh no, out of lives… i’ll come back in 10 minutes”, not “oh no, out of lives… guess i’ll have to wait 3 days until I have enough lives for a 10 minute session.” But having boards don’t mean anything if the game glitches out and you can even play! So I think if a game expires due to lack of opponents turn or due to an issue, you should have your game board reinstated. it’s only fair.

This latest update isn’t the best. Trying to get the ads to work to get new boards doesn’t work. Click on the ads button 5 times and just get the spinning wheel. Recommend fixing that bug ASAP

I like the idea of this game and playability. However the bugs can be really annoying. Example is when you search for opponent and message says it’s found, board is taken but hey no actual opponent appears. Today I lost 3 board games like that. No way to get it back and document that it happens. Boards should only be taken off account once the game start! Please fix as it’s really off putting.

Great game/concept but extremely frustrating. Very glitchy, often can’t read the board as I am unable to enlarge. I don’t mind the ads but you cannot get rid of them once you have had to watch them, usually have to reload them game to clear the ads. Also you don’t receive 10 free games when you add a friend!!!!! I added hubby, he played multiple games and still no reward given???!!!

For some reason I stopped receiving notifications despite notifications being on. So I deleted and reinstalled but NOW I can’t log back into my account!!! I’m connected via Facebook and it won’t let me use it to sign back in anymore. I don’t want to lose my active account and games but it looks like I might….

I enjoy playing this game but I am now unable to open this app on my iPhone.

Was going great, then all of a sudden would keep getting notifications was my turn, log on and it’s my opponents turn, yet for them was saying it was my turn. Deleted app, reinstalled. Connect to Facebook, but wasn’t the same user name as before even though I only have one Facebook account Disconnect it from my Facebook and try to reconnect it, tells me I’m already logged into Facebook on my device, which I am through the app but won’t connect me back to my original profile and friends I was playing against. Sends me to a login screen, only way I’ve previously logged in was Via my Facebook app so don’t know what’s going on or what it’s doing Annoying and frustrating because I don’t have my game back.

I started some quick games earlier today but nothing happened. I closed the app opened it again and gained my board back. I just opened it again and see 6 random games have ended. Games I never got to play. Now I’ve lost the boards.

Fun game but too many glitches of late. Additional letters appearing that don’t belong on the board, games not ending when they are clearly finished, just to name a few. No update available to rectify so will likely find something new to play.
