השירות פשוט מזעזע. רכשתי מוצר פגום, והם מסרבים לקבל אותו בחזרה. הם הפנו אותי לספק, והספק מחזיר אותי אליהם, כך שאף אחד לא לוקח אחריות. השירות הזה מתחת לכל ביקורת!

כל כך הרבה באגים! אי אפשר להיכנס לעגלת הקניות ולבצע רכישה

לא ניתן לשלם אלא אם מתחברים לאעזור האישי, וגם לא נותן להתחבר לאיזור האישי. פשוט מסך שחור.

don’t understand why ksp encourages using it, the application is just a web view and it is just terrible

לא מתאים לרשת ריטייל וענק קומרס כמו KSP להוציא כזאת אפליקציה ירודה. כמו אתר רק לא עובד

It’s bugged, it’s horrible, slow, and useless, as you cannot complete a purchase (buttons “to pay” don’t work)

The prices of KSP are very competitive. However, it app/website is one of the worst in the market. It forgets you items in the cart/liked items regularly, it logs you out by itself, etc.
