I’m forced to use it by my children’s school. My heart rate and blood pressure go up when I have to add money, just waiting to see what they have come up with new to aggravate users. Latest is not connecting, auto top up still not working. When you add money it’s not clear whether you succeeded. When they updated I could not connect anymore. Of course they don’t tell you that an update is the reason why you can’t connect. The update apparently also canceled my automatic top up. So after realizing I had to manually add money, I was good to go.

One of these products a school forces you to use when so many alternative payment systems already exist and clog up your phone. Then if you need to add money they make your life more difficult by forgetting my computer saved password. Oh well. Then they offer to send email to reset the password. Except even after ten times asking I don't get email.

Printer does not work. When you ask for refund they ignore you.

Ik wil gewoon weer een pasje kunnen scannen. Nu eerst telefoon ontgrendelen, dan die app zoeken, inloggen, code scanner en review schrijven. Kortom te veel gedoe!

Slecht georganiseerd en vrij onduidelijk. Snap niet waarom onze school dit gebruikt

Duurt 10 uur om kluisje te krijgen aanbevolen

Had een probleem met het aanmaken van een account. Had de verberg mijn e-mail gebruikt en deze verwijderd in mijn iCloud. Een mailtje om 21:11 gestuurd en om 22:01 was het probleem opgelost. Goede service van echte mensen. Top!

Fijne overzichtelijke app die automatisch het bedrag terug rekent in geval van storing. Constant opnieuw moeten inloggen op IOS (internet benodigd) maakt het gebruik erg frustrerend.
