تا بێت ئەگەرێنەوە بە دواوە مننبڕیارم یا بەرنامەکەتان بسڕمەوە ڕەنگە بڵێن موشتەریەک هیچ نیە با بڕوا بەس هەچیەک بناسم ئەڵێم بەکاری مەهێنن ئیش ئاوا ناکرێ خۆشتان نازانن چی ئەکەن

Must set a foul on drivers when accepting an order and then canceling it, it’s a big fail, I ordered a taxi and waited for 15 minutes just to find out that the driver canceled the order, I ordered another one and was canceled again, it was a waist of time, not helpful at all. I’m suggesting to set fouls on drivers who do that type of things.

One of the best services that i need so much in my daily life. Its easy to use and the drivers are so respectful, i feel safe which is the most important thing to me، but sometimes i don’t receive the feedback on drivers. I don’t know why. I hope you fix it. thank you very much.
