Firstly, I advise against paying upfront; request trial classes instead. If they refuse, it’s a red flag. Unfortunately, despite my trust in this team, their training proved to be very basic content easily found online. Promises of significant improvement after just 2-3 sessions fell flat; there was no discernible difference. Overall, I’m thoroughly disappointed and cannot recommend this app to anyone

Kuddle dog groomers seem to have MANY disciplinary issues. We have used Kuddle maybe 10 times now, and each time a different groomer was sent, because the previous one was fired due to disciplinary issues? I am not sure how you can send an untrained individual to someone’s house. My dog is like my child, and one of the groomers pulled his tail so badly that now he is so scared while taking a shower.

I got my Dog Ghost the Behavior Training Module. The trainer assigned - Madhu, was extremely sweet, friendly and knowledgeable on how to handle each situations. Ghost is a GSD, so he is hyper and energetic, Madhu left an impact on the very first day. Would definitely recommend Madhu as a trainer for your pups. Kudos Kuddle !!

Hi ..this is a total scam company.took money and no training done..trainer quit job in between and put random sessions ..no resolution avialable ..

I had booked the obedient training package for my beloved dog, expecting a professional and caring trainer to guide us through the process. However, the assigned trainer exhibited behavior that deeply concerned me. Instead of handling my dog with care and understanding, they resorted to using a leash in a manner that seemed harsh and potentially harmful my dog almost got chowked and trying to fight to take breath. As a pet owner who values the well-being of my furry friend, I cannot stress enough how important it is for trainers to handle dogs responsibly and kindly. This experience has left me disappointed and worried about the level of care provided by your team. I felt compelled to reach out to you directly so that you can take appropriate measures to ensure that future clients do not encounter similar issues. While my personal experience has been dishearted. Therefore, I encourage you to investigate this matter thoroughly.

i have taken kuddle subscription 15 hrs back after subscription i discussed with my veterinarian for my dog training, as par dog trainer he can’t walk properly do he doesn’t not need any training now , i asked kudle for cancellation and they said they will deduct 2k for cancellation. with providing any typ for services they deduct 2k . i am deleting my account now only.they cheated me for this , i request don’t go with kudle.
