Interface not intuitive

I am using telugu version for the books but somehow it is changed to english and now I am in middle of a book and I cannot go back to Telugu. I am unable to find such settings.

Don't want to rate low because I want to support the initiative because it's good, but contents are not of good quality, i expected that the books translation would be there but there are symmeries or someone else's narrative. In advertisement they say more than 20k books, but I only see repeated contents, why there is no way to see more contents in library ? In the categories you have provided, there are very less contents, if you don't know where to put them, make a mislaneous or other category where you put all content or arrange it using alphabets

Kukku FM enikku nalla useful aayi. Pakshe ninghal iniyum books add cheyyanam, thanneyalla application um kurachukoodi morden aakkanam.

Worst service, never ever do subscription to KUKUFM in Apple devices.

I have made a payment 4 days ago in Apple wallet. When I reached customer care share they said we need invoice from apple. I have shared all the evidence from gpay, apple subscription email, even in KUKUFM app it’s show premium is active. They are not able to address their issue between Apple and them KUKUFM, trying to blame us. I have shared screenshots to then, they are not even ready to raise the complaint. Even in Apple clearly stated that this subscription don’t have subscription, later I have requested invoice from Apple and share with them. Still they are not able to resolve the issue. After raising the they have locked the all books on preferred language. After chatting with them again they are asking for 24 hr to resolve the issue

Nice app

Listening everyday while travelling, instead of listening to same repetitive songs. Also app looks good when compared with other apps

Help and support system is poor

After taking the subscription , its still asking to subscribe to avail the premium benefits. Trying to connect kuku customer care but always failed because they have system generated support only. No agents to talk and resolve the issue.
