Interface not intuitive
I am using telugu version for the books but somehow it is changed to english and now I am in middle of a book and I cannot go back to Telugu. I am unable to find such settings.

Not worthy and bad customer service
Not happy with Content
Don't want to rate low because I want to support the initiative because it's good, but contents are not of good quality, i expected that the books translation would be there but there are symmeries or someone else's narrative. In advertisement they say more than 20k books, but I only see repeated contents, why there is no way to see more contents in library ? In the categories you have provided, there are very less contents, if you don't know where to put them, make a mislaneous or other category where you put all content or arrange it using alphabets

Dear Kuku FM Support Team, I am writing to bring to your attention a persistent issue I am experiencing with the Kuku FM app. Firstly, I have concerns about Kuku FM's current pricing model. After paying for a membership, I noticed that almost all stories require additional coins to unlock, and there seems to be a lack of consistency in how these are priced. It's frustrating and feels unfair. I believe Kuku FM should establish a clear and uniform policy regarding access and pricing, ensuring that users are not unnecessarily charged or forced to pay extra to continue enjoying their favorite stories. Furthermore, I accidentally played an episode, and despite using the option to remove it from my history, it keeps reappearing every time I open the app. This glitch is quite inconvenient, and I believe it detracts from the user experience. It would be greatly appreciated if your team could look into this issue and provide a solution to ensure that the history removal feature works as intended.
