The customer care is least bothered. I returned the product on the same day with delivery guy. Still didn’t initiate my refund. Clearly the brand have no ethics for a customer and have zero value with regards custom value. Very bad experience. Lost 4.5k using this app.

What was with the designers and developers? Who decided to make it look like a social media platform but create an e-commerce application? The interface looks damn aesthetic but hey I don't want to use it after 5minutes of downloading the app! After looking at the home page I'm not sure where I need to click on? Why have you hidden the product categories inside the search bar? AND THE MOST IMPORTANT- in which goddamn application have you seen up-down swiping feature to see more product images? What was wrong with the swiping right and left feature? UHH THIS APP JUST 'FEELS' WRONG even if it works right.

More product are in sold out and need to launch more products in the app.

Very poor refund system it’s been 7 days but still I didn’t get my refund money and they been saying contact your bank but bank manager said complain the app and please refund my money fast

My apple music stops playing every time I open the app! Also, the “go back” button on my bag page disappears sometimes.

Kult is the best shopping app due to its customer friendly features that tell us the kult score about a product whether it will suit me or not and it shows the main ingredients in big highlighted pictures so that we can see if some product has ingredients which dont suit us. the offers on it are the brst. The order delivers in such a sturdy packaging. i love it. The products they offer and the offers they give and the experience within the app is tremendous. Just a con that the products get out of stock so fast. you have to grab the offer very fast and keep checking if product comes back in stock. All in all, i wish this app never discontinues and keep giving offers to us who now think luxury is not luxury for us. we can buy them too at such great offers. Thank you KULT.
