KUNDALIONZ COMMUNITY & ZUDDHARMA YOGA has been created by BenJahmin in response to the current times that humanity finds itself in.
ZUDDHARMA YOGA is a powerful practice based on the principle that Yoga is the 'brother' & Ayurveda is the 'sister'. It was born out of the apparent need to establish a purity back to the teachings of Kundalini Yoga and assist in the practitioner being able to establish a deeper awareness of themselves in relation to their body & Ayurvedic Dosha type.
ZUDDHARMA YOGA has its deep foundational roots within Patanjali's Ashtanga or 8-fold path of yoga.
The wisdom & knowledge within KUNDALIONZ is rooted & based in 25 years experience of esoteric discovery, meditation, yoga practice & life expressed through various traditions, cultures & faiths.
The Hearts Intent of KUNDALIONZ is to encapsulate this wisdom & knowledge derived from the past 25 years into the format of an online presence, expressed in a multitude of forms that aim to uplift & inspire your yogic discovery of One’s True Nature and Self.
The forms of expression are live online classes, professionally recorded tutorials of yoga practices, meditations & teachings, written word inspiration, spontaneous sharing through live-streaming, musical offerings & so much more.

It is important to understand that KundaLionz is an attempt at an Aquarian model of truth & sharing. KUNDALIONZ will evolve and grow as the Collective ‘common-unity’ develops, assisted by the response & feedback received.

‘THE LION HOUR’ is a live-streamed morning Zuddharma Yoga practice via Zoom taking place on Mondays & Fridays. This is available as a monthly subscription
'COME TOGETHER' is a live-streamed morning meditation for all levels of experience on a Monday, Wednesday & Friday. All are welcome.
ZUDDHARMA YOGA WEEKLY CLASS is a two hour recorded live-streamed Zuddharma Yoga class every Wednesday evening. This is available as weekly payment or as a monthly subscription.
THE GONG SONG JOURNEY is an online Gong Balm meditation and relaxation live-streamed on a Sunday evening as and when advertised.
Many other offerings are manifesting as the seasons change & the need for certain practices arise relevant to the times.
