A baggage fee makes sense only if you actually need a bag. Add an option to remove the bag and the fee. I only ordered one drink and don’t need a bag or an extra fees. I won’t be purchasing using the app until the fee is removed. Thank you.

You can order and stuff but applying offers doesn’t work. Happy hour you can’t even apply the coupon on the app, even though it advertises you can.

I tried different coupon or offers they have on the app. It’s really hard to apply these offers when ordering online. No option to apply it. Every time I had to order in person instead. Please fix soon.
