Only ok if you don’t have any problem
I’ve purchased a few tickets via this service (in total for more than 700$) so you would expect them at least try to resolve issues if there are any, right? When one of the airlines canceled the flight the only thing this provider could do is offer a forced refund - which would take up to 30 days and they take almost 40$ out of this refund as fees for their “service” so you’ll get miserable 100$ back, can you imagine what alternative flight you can buy for this money? Probably none When I wanted to have a call with someone to spare myself some time cause you know emails just take long and they lead nowhere, they told me they don’t have any. When I’ve asked if they can change my other flight (which is connected to the one cancelled) in the way the final destination is another City in that country and even for the flight with the same airline they told - it’s prohibited. BUT when I called directly to airline about this change, they were totally okay with that and gave me a calculation within 1working day. So basically if you have any issues with your flight you tell “goodbye” to your money cause the only thing they want is to take their fees and do nothing. NEVER AGAIN!
