If soe app doesn’t have support team to answer queries than it’s hard to invest money through such app, raised ticket twice for not able to do bank authorisation but no reply even after one week, no live support or call centre number, so don’t waste time and money on such app platform
I have been highlighting an issue that cams statement is not getting triggered from app. Support guy keep generating it manually for me. But they deny to accept the issue with app or provide me a statement that it will be fixed in future updates. Poor response.
Dark mode would be great since UI is mostly white, also landscape mode is a no brained for iPad
I have recently made few mutual fund purchases and also a redemption through Kuvera. No issues with the transactions. On the 4th business day after redemption, Kuvera sent me an email that money should have been credited to my bank amount by the fund house and if not I can contact Kuvera support. I am quite pleased with the protective notification. Money was in my bank account already when I checked. Feels like I'm in the right place for my index investing.
Hi, I get the message saying you can invest in mutual fund in 2 business days everytime i try to invest from last 1 month
I had the worst experience with the Kuvera app. The onboarding process is an absolute nightmare. Despite waiting for over a month, my KYC still hasn't been completed, and there has been no communication or updates regarding my application status. The customer service is equally abysmal. Every time I reached out for assistance, they assured me they would get back to me in 3-4 days, but they never did. The lack of responsiveness and accountability is frustrating. I do not recommend this app to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient financial service.
It was good in the beginning but started facing issues recently. Stock integration/import not working especially for Upstox. I had raised a ticket but the response was like “We are looking into it but we don’t know when it will be resolved”. And now Upstox import icon has been removed completely. Suggest to checkout for better apps available.
I’m facing an issue since last 3 months. Raised 10+ tickets, no response from them. Don’t waste your time with Kuvera. Don’t ask me to write to support team. I’ve already raised 10+ tickets. Respond to those first.
