Please allow the app to work on ios 12.0. This app requires an ios 13.0 or later which will require so many people to buy new phones which are quite pricey phones to have. Another suggestion is you create an alternative other than the app, for example, you create a website where one can log into and create an account through the website.

Its not working please try to find a fix

اتمنى اضافه هويه المعاق في تطبيق

لماذا يتم الغاء البطاقة ويجب عمل تسجيل من جديد ؟ ثم ادخال المعلومات يدوي يجبرني بالغاء كامل المصادقات هذي اجراءات بحاجة الى تجاوزها ليسهل عمل المستخدم شكرا لكم .

I can’t update my civil id I can’t press can’t the refresh button because the Kuwait ministry of interior logo is blocking the refresh button together in the same place my mobile id can’t refresh and update my new civil id …….. Please update the bug fix it soon as possible.Thank you

سيء جداً. نسيت الباسوورد وأبي أسوي واحد ثاني.. فيقول لي لازم أسوي إعادة تعيين……. يبون يشوفون اني اتطابق مع الصورة اللي ببطاقتي المدنية. كل ما أصور يقولي غير متطابق! برنامج عبيط لا يستطيع مطابقتي مع نفسي؟! والحين عندي شغل واقف لاني ما اقدر اكمله الا لما اوافق عليه عن طريق برنامج هويتي!!!

التطبيق لايمكن التسجيل فيه بسبب افشال عمليه التصوير اكثر من 100 ميه ، التطبيق فاشل
