KVRE 92.9 FM

We stumbled across the Village radio station on our daily commutes these past 5 years. Tracy Simpson is the best record spinner & DJ in the state, bar none. We like being able to text song requests & interact on your call in shows, too. The wide variety & styles & decades of music KVRE beats all other stations hands down. We like the variety of personalities & the variety of programming all throughout the day & week. Our Google mini stays on with KVRE 92.9 all day & the app on my phone means the music & station goes where I go. Including the radio in our cars, this allows 3 ways to tune in & not miss out on the music & fun. Thanks for starting your broadcasting day at 6:00 am & at midnight playing the National Anthem. My wife is an elementary teacher so we both look forward each morning to hear the children recite the Pledge of Allegiance. There’s not another station that compares to KVRE 92.9. I have listened to the village for 8years and I visited the station this summer and got to know the DJ’s personally. I love the music as well as the contests and Ask your neighbor section. And don’t forget the 40’s @ 4 show on Saturday. I have played the sponsors wheel many times but haven’t won yet. I will keep on listening and trying when I am eligible but if I don’t win it has been fun to try. I turn the radio on as soon as I wake up in the morning and I have it on my phone as well so I am you might say, loyal listener.

I discovered it after I moved to Hot Springs Village years ago. I moved away due to family over a year ago but it's still my favorite station to listen to. The format of the station is perfect for all those oldies. I also like ask your neighbor.

I Love KVRE and the Wonderful music, it takes you back in time. It has that retro feel of a hometown radio station that enjoys what they do and shares it with us ❤️

I was lucky enough to stumble upon KVRE while driving through Arkansas several years ago and liked it so much that I downloaded the app and can listen to it wherever I go now. I’m an OTR driver and appreciate hearing the music from 40’s to the 80’s, the easier listening music is great for traveling. We had a station like KVRE where I live in Morris, Il similar to your station and they changed their format to a more POP driven format. It was refreshing to find KVRE, a station that still plays the American standards. BTW, your radio personalities are top notch too.

Terrific station! Terrific staff and owners! So generous with the prize wheel , daily quizzes and more chances to be a winner! Not to mention the up to date local news and sports and help you neighbor and legal highlight at 4:00 , I can go on and on ! And did I mention how wonderfully staffed they are! This is the only station that is worth listening to. I have always listened to country and western most of my life. But now that most of it isn’t country and western I have started to listen to the oldies. Thanks KVRE for keeping it clean and classy music.
