Can you just add the membership check-in to Apple Wallet? This would save time fumbling to open the app, tapping the right things, and checking in. The “open when near a club” doesn’t work most of the time.

Why doss this app have an age rating of17+? My 13 year old son who is an LA Fitness member can’t use it unless I unblock all R rated apps on his phone. That’s ridiculous. Please change the age rating to allow all members to actually use it (especially if this is now the only way to check in)!

Asks for a PIN for some reason.. I put it in and the app does nothing, just stays on the screen.

Never had this issue until recently

Every gym in the the NJ/NY area that I’ve been going there’s always something down or messed up ! I always have to jump around different locations to use certain equipment or ammenties !THEY NEED TO GET ON THIS ASAP!

It’s tedious using an app that appears to have been designed by someone with no experience. The problem is with the type fonts and the misuse of white space in the classes. There’s no delineation of classes or instructors once the classes for the day are shown.

This app is extremely outdated and rarely ever works correctly. LA Fitness’s processes in general seem totally outdated. I never receive my receipts consistently and they are never with the app. Account got totally messed up within the app and had to go into an LA Fitness to fix. Get your app and company together!

Reservations do not sync from online to appp. Also my reservations keep getting deleted. Happened twice already and the first one the other party didn’t know about it
