Doesn’t work at all

The worst UX for a financial app I have the pain of experiencing, there’s more bugs on this app than on a field of organic lettuce. Makes me want to switch bank provider.

New design is not user-friendly. Very hard to get what your actual balance is and what transactions you made. Not updated real-time (I guess it’s relevant to DB though)

Very well designed

I like this product a lot. I find it far easier to use than the browser interface, and I appreciate the English language, which is very well translated. One minor grievance is that F24 payments are not supported.

App web, non funziona Face ID con integrazione authentication. Da integrare meglio l’accesso con Face ID

Volevo segnalare che l’app non mostra correttamente il saldo disponibile e una volta effettuato l’accesso si blocca

L’app in sé non è male, semplice da usare ma purtroppo non è possibile abilitare le notifiche per le operazioni. Esce schermata vuota con bottone Salva disabilitato in basso. Un vero peccato.

È inaccettabile che un’applicazione di home banking per dispositivi mobili non invii notifiche relative alle transazioni. Nonostante esista una sezione dedicata all’attivazione delle notifiche, non viene mostrata alcuna opzione selezionabile, rendendo impossibile abilitare questa funzionalità sia dall’app che dalla versione desktop.
