Orders never arrived!

Clunky app

I find this app very slow and clunky. The search option is not very good as it doesn’t take you where you want to go - search baby bedroom and it takes you to rug runners! It makes me shop here less

Deluvery

The products are luxurious well presented and well packed my only grief is the courier they use to send. Evri deliver to the wrong address. They do not photograph so then you have to become a detective to find out where they have delivered it’s like a hunt the parcel game. If only they would use the post office for delivery or at least give you a choice.

Bit slow, but enjoyable. Great selection of homeward. Competitive prices.

Would be better for more payment options eg: ApplePay or select a bank card, instead of having to put card details in every time to make a payment. Just saying…..🤷‍♀️
