I already fill in everything but cannot receive OTP and cannot sign up… feel so helpless

I’m the new registered user, and in sign up page need to key in the received otp, it said last name need to have at least one alphabet, but I’m already in the page to input otp. then I input the received otp, it keep saying wrong code, I click resend and input the otp, provide the last name notification again then wrong code. Come on how can I sign up with such problem

Tried logging in and getting the carrots, And the next day show one day missed up, Have to use a current carrot to earn back the missing day, The quiz and article read and the next day show the same and have to proceed again, But the quiz part got no “I want full carrot” function. Hope this app can be more functions and stable

There is no more rewards redemption and they are still stealing our datas thru receipt submissions

No rewards for a couple of months now, it’s a scam.

Redeemed a $30 voucher after painstaking months of collecting carrots, but up to today still pending. Redeemed on 18Jan24, but it’s now cutting close to May. Have sent 2 follow up messages on the app to check on the status of voucher but no response at all! Useless app and a total waste of time!!

What’s the point of collecting points when there’s nothing to redeem?

Have been using labbit for some time, wanted to redeem something with carrots and the redemption page totally empty prizes all fully redeem. Text customer service in app to enquire also no reply.

Unable to login via fb and Email them but nobody get back to me till date. Lose my daily carrot streak login and unable to submit my daily receipts as a result of that. I have more than 7k carrots in my account and more than 300 pending receipt requests and now unable to login and do anything. Also can’t redeem any rewards for months so the carrots are pretty much useless. Sometimes receipts get rejected for no valid and reasonable reasons. (Eg I submit my receipt but they say another person submit before which was ridiculous)
