Hello. Please fix the app. It is not loading which makes the printer useless.

What I like the most is you don't require to setup an account to use the app! I was able to print a return label within a minute of downloading the app. Incredibly easy to use.

Asking to look into my private photos and won’t let me go back into my regular printing, that in itself is illegal of your privacy even if I have nothing to hide I have family members that I have just lost that is there that is very painful and fresh not 2 months I’m about to send the printer also back to Amazon

Last update has made this product useless for my situation, it’s nice that they’ve finally allowed you to save your labels but you can no longer rotate things around on the label making it obsolete. Will have to purchase a Zebra printer now.

Get a different printer

Somehow Labelife became the default file that opens pdf and MS Office files….when I click on an excel file Labelife should not launch. Very suspicious!!! May consider deleting this app.

Hello , How i can add my own fonts to labelLife application for text input , please do that at next Updating . Thanks

I’ve been using this app to print mailing labels for my small (very small) business and it worked well. But now that I have my iPhone 15 pro max - it does not print in the proper format. I have uninstalled and installed again - still doesn’t format properly. When I print using the app on my old iPad, it formats properly. Please look at updating the app!!

As stated above this shipping label printer will not print the shipping labels in order. The order the shipping labels print out are different than what you’ll see on your iPad, computer, phone or device. Already have tried reaching out to the company to see if they could fix this issue and as they’ve wasted four weeks of my time they have still yet to fix this issue, I provided videos, as well as countless evidence of this issue. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND LOOKING ELSEWHERE FOR A SHIPPING LABEL PRINTER!!! I wouldn’t even use this thing as a paperweight, it’s useless.

I can’t believe I didn’t switch to thermal printing sooner. This was such a game changer and I love my printer. Great customer service when I needed help.
