I paid for the game and it won’t let me play.. it keeps crashing

I just start playing, and I got to “pay” and now it just keep going back to purchase/play. $6.99 down the drain.

I am a huge fan of Domini games. I have bought just about all of them. After purchasing this game, it does not work. May i please have a refund? or have problem solved? i have troubleshot every possible thing. Please help me! thanks

During game play it returns to Home Screen and does not allow to play

I bought this game when it first came out and download it to play again and it will not go past the first page. It keeps asking me to purchase. I click already purchased it says OK but then keeps reverting back to purchase it and not let me play the game

Domini Games support is not responding. I cannot contact anyone in regards to my purchase of this game. I have usually had good luck with your games but for LoW:Island it has been a very unsettling experience. The one time I didn’t read the reviews and I get unsavory results. I purchased this game and I couldn’t even play 1 minute of the game. Major problem. I tried to contact support by using the appropriate “help” button. Nothing happens. 2nd major problem. Tried to contact the Domini Games on website. Nothing happens. 3rd major problem. 3 strikes. I want a refund. You are doing a disservice to the gaming industry. Montana Nightingale

This game crashes in the first few clicks when playing. Unfortunately after spending the 6.99 and contacting domini app support. It is very unlikely they will respond let alone refund you! Don’t purchase!

Can’t finish the game. Would love to give this one a higher rating. (iPad mini 6, iOS 15)

DEVELOPER! I have had nothing but problems with this game I have many games on my iPad with no issues. I have reached out to your support team and it’s still unplayable. Three times now it has flashed off. Every time it happens I have to start all over. This is not acceptable. I don’t want a game with this many problems BUT, what I expect is a full refund. If you don’t refund this I will contact Apple. This is the last time I contact you or support! Taking a shot of my request for Apple to view. Glenda

I paid for the extended game, and it crashes every time when it gets to the city of horses. Either fix it or give me my money back.
