It was working well until recently. Can’t launch the app at all on my iPhone 16

I bought for 3 months plan but it turn off automatically and also don’t work messenger and what’sapp though I turned on their tune option.. It’s totally waste of money. Don’t use it. And i will suggest their IT sector to upgrade this application

I love the service when it does not constantly crash when I open the app. This app is overdue for an update to fix the constant crashing.

Their one week plan, one month plan, three month plan and six month plan don’t indicate MacBook is not included!! The description is “3 Devices; x Days Unlimited; App re-login is required after purchase”. What the heck I can know MacBook is not included until I purchased and found it doesn’t work on my PC??? And this app website doesn’t even have a customer service. I don’t know where to refund. Hate misleading ux. Please not buy for them, buy for good merchants.

This VPNs customer service is really horrible. I used to like it, but now that I see that customer service is this bad, I hate it SO much. There is no point on wasting so much as a PENNY on a VPN as horrible as this. If they do a better job, then I will write a better review then I did. This VPN had BETTER improve.
