The app never notifies you when you do a withdraw or a purchase until a day or two later. When my account was hacked I didn’t even find out until it was way late. Needs a major update.

The app constantly has glitches with no warning or explanation.

Pending transactions don’t always have from who their pending. Deposits take forever to show, they should be immediate even if not available to use the funds. I second guess myself all the time wondering did it deposit or didn’t it. Also, pending transactions should come out of the balance not be a surprise.

It’s simple…. Does what I need it to do…..

Terrible app, mobile check deposit never works

Lake Trust is great to do business with. We are thinking about getting another vehicle and would love to Finance it through them!

I have had positive helpful interactions with all the staff.

Mobile deposit doesn’t work for my checks at all anymore apparently, considering it wanted a blurry photo that would have been denied over a very clear photo showing all the information.

App is broken. The account balance portion has been replaced with the transfer button so now there are two transfer buttons and no way to Che k balances.
