Superb easy to use app should you need a taxi in the Lake District.

What else can I say. Just fabulous. Tried a few in the lakes and these guys are the best.

Used to work fine. Great app. Now I can’t get in. Password no longer works. Tried changing password 6 times and all it says is email and password don’t match. Can’t start a new account as when it asks for phone number it says that number already has an account. It is now useless for me.

Better to ring up for a taxi… took about 10 minutes to enter all my details including my card details, and when I booked for a taxi… it was cancelled with no reason why. Also the app is extremely buggy and painful to use 🙈😑

The makers of the app have made it so easy to use and it tells you all the information you need

Used a few times & deleted. Happy to accept bookings, then not appear. Called & got told 5 minutes even when they knew taxi 20 mins away. Save your time, call someone else

Made a booking on the app, showed as confirmed, then I got a call 10 minutes later from the company saying they have no available cars. Would have been better just to call them, I’m not sure what the value of this app really is.

Worked well until I received a phone call to say that my job couldn’t actually be fulfilled until 1 hour later. I assumed having the app accept my job meant I’d be getting a taxi.
