Приложение не работает. Не успев загрузиться, вылетает. Что происходит?

Поясните, в чем проблема, пожалуйста. Купили подписку на год. Но при попытке открыть приложение на 14 айфоне загрузка не происходит.
Долго грузится
Очень долго грузит каждый мультик и в итоге почти не работает, у ребенка пропадает интерес .

Отличная картинка и добрые герои
Хорошее приложение! Спасибо разработчикам. Отличные добрые мультики и сказки. Красивые, приятные глазу картинки, не мелькают, не яркие. Ребёнку интересно смотреть и не перевозбуждаться после игры в приложении (за визуал и сами иллюстрации отдельное спасибо)! Качественно сделано, для меня твёрдая 5 :)
