I wish you would tell the customer in advance if the waiting time would be longer than estimated. ☹️ It took an extra 2 hours just to get my item delivered. I would have liked to have a choice in that. Customer service is almost useless

Better to state your markets upfront. It’s not available anywhere. I tried it in China and it didn’t work. It supposedly requires another app to use. Anywhere is contextual then. It makes sense to be upfront with clarity to the person downloading.
Receiving promo notifications even though I turned them off in the app. Supposed to be critical notifications for orders. Had to revoke Lalamove notifications entirely as the app developer is rude.
They charge you extra and even you told to it to the costumer service they needto bring a balance money to returned after purchase, and the driver had no money to change. (Alibi).
Be very careful if you’re using this service in the Philippines. A lot of packages are stolen, especially if you’re a foreigner. It happened with me and heard a lot of stories. You can’t do anything, they will not care and literally will ignore you. Best if you will never try it!!!

Just be aware that the English version doesn’t display correct pricing (they charge you more afterwards) and the map/tracking of the driver is never accurate. The drivers always come earlier than scheduled, too.
Motorista parou a entrega por não ter recebido pedagio, nem sabia sobre ter ou não pedagio, não chegou a tempo e sumiu com o produto. Empresa com suporte de atendimento ruim, ainda está para resolver a situação.
