Please fix this issue

App will not pair with light. Why would they false advertise this.

Please fix this! ( pretty light by the way ! 😍 ) Okay, first thing to state is that the light is pretty and all, the remote works completely fine but it’s the app. You don’t really need to use the app but I’m the kind of person that wants to control easily without panicking that I lost the remote. Now this is the second part of the app, pairing. I seen some people do it easily with ease, but I can’t? Also, coming from someone with a iphone14 it don’t work. But it did work for my friend with a Samsung!!!??

It was easy to pair (not sure why others were having problems). It’s a good app and is easy to use. Everything works the way it’s suppose to. The only thing I wish it had was a shortcut so I can easily access it through my home screen instead of having to open the app.

App does not pair. Light works only with supplied remote

The lights will not pair with the phone. Disappointed!
