Having trouble
Long time user. Satellite base map not pulling up just black map. Maps and Tracking not saving even when you save map prior to closing. Please resolve issues soon
Land id is a game changer!
I love Land id and have recommended it to countless people working in real estate. It saves a lot of time to get such detailed property information and visualize it with the overlays. It’s easy to create and share maps with people, which streamlines communications about the property project. I’ve been impressed with the steady stream of innovations and how the UI keeps getting more intuitive. Plus, Support is responsive and helpful when I’ve had questions.

No search function with coordinates
App really great but there is no option searching with coordinates I hope you guys will add that option very soon
Subscription canceling
Why do I have to go through hoops to cancel my subscription? This is 2024, you guys need to add a feature to cancel the subscription once you’ve decided that you don't like the app via the trial. Every other app has that. Absolutely no way to do it in the app, you have to communicate with support. They’ll charge you a ton and then won’t refund you after the trial is over so don’t even bother downloading.
BLACK SCREEN ONLY DONT BUY
App only has black screen. Doesn’t show anything at all.

Wrong owner information on map.
Scam
Don’t load this app. They automatically set you up for yearly contract at $79.99. No warning given. No mention of less expensive options. Steer clear of this one.
