I had paid a subscription and tried searching for a few documents. All searches have failed and was told that it will be retried and a solution provided. But even after a month havent received any documents yet.

It’s too high prices

I ordered a pahani record request from them for 6,500 rs. On the app it didn’t ask for any survey number, so I thought it was for the entire village, which is a very good deal. After placing the order their agent calls me asking for survey number. If it is only for one survey number , the cost is 1500 rs only at the mro office. These people are just upselling and not reliable. Now they won’t refund my money for their mistake. Their survey maps are also not accurate. Overall not a good service and just a waste of money.

It’s not worth it. The application provides documents which are anyway available online at a cheaper price. Other documents are not available on the application and there is no way to connect to support. I lost money while applying for survey records. Suggest not to use the application for other records
