Landlord Studio

I like how the app looks and functions, but I can't use it because the keyboard doesn't open when I try to enter things.

All links, wording, currency, symbols are very American. Does not allow me to use it easily for my country, Australia.

The app is great, unfortunately the developers are making more and more of it “pro” which means you have to pay to use a feature like future expenses. When I first downloaded it and have downloaded the features were great, but slowly dwindling to the point of looking at going to spreadsheets again.

The interface is clean and easy to use and simple to customise to your own set-up. If you have one or more investment properties this is the app to use to manage them.

Great app. Really easy to navigate. It would also be great if it had an an ability to complete inspection reports.

I have been using LandlordStudio to help me self manage my investment property for several years now and find it simple and quick to use. Within seconds I can log rent payments and send rent receipts, add expenses and download reports for tax. Great work, Thanks

I use it every day, and find the lease/tenant setup simple and quick. Logging payments and monitoring rent is easy, and the template setup allows me to create my own formats for reminders, receipts, messages to tenants. Whenever I’ve needed support or provided feedback, the response has been quick and helpful.

I have just migrated from PropertyBuddy to LandlordStudio - the helpdesk were awesome in assisting me with this. Great app - makes managing rentals easy.

Nicely packed features and works seamlessly on mobile devices plus desktop. Some minor tweaks would be nice eg should be able to add income without having a lease

I have using this app almost 1 year and absolutely love it. Very handy and functional with reasonable price.
