This awesome app is both a time saver and an effective organizer for landlords. I have tried a few but this is by far the best and I highly recommend this app to all landlords. Information and uploaded documents are at my finger tips. Every update came with even more and better features. I didn’t expect an update today when this is almost a perfect app but the new selection pickers are even better than before. For a few years with this app, I can manage my property anywhere on my phone instead of my laptop MS Excel. Thanks.

Love this app. It’s simple to use and has all the necessary features. It really helps me manage my property rentals. Love the fact that I can issue an invoice and receipt, and that the app has a report which calculates your bottom line monthly / yearly. Great app!

it is very convenient to use. I am an agent but there’s no agency features. but so far it works well for me. I LOVE THE FEATURE THAT CAN SELECT AND UPLOAD MULTIPLE PHOTOS !! It would be best if you could add an extra feature for those who are agency and calculate their income&expenses. Great apps

This has been a great app for small real estate rental business. Takes a little bit to figure out some of the logistics, but it’s worth the learning curve.

Perfect for landlords needing to track payments and expenses in a very convenient way on the fly. Best app I’ve used for my real estate portfolio thus far. And a great price

App is relatively simple to use and not overly complicated. I like the option of sending invoices as both a text and an email. Only thing that would make the app better would be if it would work across devices, like right now it only stores the info on one phone. It would be nice if it was on my phone and my partners phone.
