Don’t like that we have to put a code in to pay bills
I’ve had this app for 5 years, it was just fine before they updated it this last time (about 6 weeks ago?) Firstly, the “new” version claimed I didn’t have a card to manage. So I clicked on “add card” and entered all the info. It said my card is already being managed. After a week of that nonsense, I had to uninstall and start all over. Now, my current balance and available balance are NEVER the same. Before, I would deposit checks one day and they would be available by the next morning and the balances would be equal, as they should be. Balances are always different now by hundreds of dollars. I can’t stand it and will probably switch banks.
Ever since they redesigned the app, it is unbearably slow switch in between menus or even just checking a balance takes way too long
Very limited, glitchy, inconvenient options, out of date
This new app is horrible and must have been created by a beginner or a child.
I preferred the last system. The new update seems to have glitches and it doesn’t update your account as fast as it used to.
The app worked fine before the update, but now that everything is changed, the app is so much worse. for starters, navigating through the options feels like using google in the 1990’s; it’s annoyingly slow to load EVERYTHING. i can’t even get notifications for my purchases anymore, why would you remove that feature? and not only that, it just looks ugly compared to the previous version. if you people have even an ounce of brain matter left in your heads, you’ll change it back to the perfectly functional app is was before.
The previous version was great. This updated version is hard to read, slow to switch through pages, difficult to change the alerts, and no Face ID login option. This update removed all my managed cards and all my alerts I’m glad I didn’t have any fraud activity happening in the 3 days since it updated. A person that actually banks at Landmark should of tested this version before it was released.
Everyday spending??? Can I change the name??
I’m assuming the app had an update since 9/8/24… I can no longer find where to do a transfer on the app?? Would greatly appreciate some direction, as we have a joint account for our bills.
