A Russian tiktoker introduced me to this app. I was using Duolingo at the moment, but is more fun and keeps you learning without even knowing it!

Trap your first beast!
To survive Langlandia and advance in the institution, you must have a strong beast. Will it be a ferocious polar bear? A noble lion? A tiger? A wolf? A giant snake? Another? Or will you get lucky and get one of the mythical beasts like a yeti or even a dragon.
You will trap your baby beast and grow with him as he becomes more powerful and you become smarter (in Spanish). You are a team and will need him to get back home from this mysterious island.
1v1 Online Battles (PvP):
Battle with friends or other students online in the 1v1 arena league to see who is best learning the language.
Tournaments, Clan Wars, Weekly Event Competitions, Challenges, Online Boss Battles, Online Exam Competitions:
Compete with other students for prizes and motivate yourself to master the language.
The Spanish words you will learn:
• The Most Common Spanish Words - The most useful and most commonly used words are taught, so you can pick up the language as fast as possible.
• Numbers - Learn to count to 100 million.
• Verbs - Learn to conjugate verbs including past, future and present tenses(conjugation, the biggest part of Spanish grammar).
• Sentences - Learn the most commonly used sentences and the sentences that are the building blocks to more complex sentences so you can start to build any sentence you want.
• Grammar - Learn and practice grammar rules to get a deep understanding of the language.
• Everything You Need - Everything is taught that you need to start speaking the Spanish.
Vocabulary Practice for All These Words:
Using flash card education, you can study the words you will need before the battle(audio is included).
Pronunciation:
Audio - The words are included with audio and repeated as you battle, so you will very quickly pick up how to perfectly say the words.
Reading Practice:
Langlandia includes 20+ books, half of them relating to the world of Langlandia. Don't know what the word means? Just click on it and it will be translated for you. You will be able to go to town and answer questions from the books you read in Spanish and if you answer correct, you may get a potion or a point to use on your beast.
Thousands of hours of gameplay:
Langlandia is free and you can access all vocabulary in the game just by advancing through the game.
As you graduate grades in the institution:
Get new words, books and sentences by taking your well trained beast and beating the teachers of the institution.
Good for all levels of Spanish:
Is your Spanish level high? Play the game on hard where the extremely quick battles will train your brain to understand words quickly. This is a necessary skill to be able to understand and speak (people won't slow down their speech just because you aren't a native speaker). All other Spanish levels are perfect for Langlandia.

Game makes it very difficult to catch beasts
Really liked this game at first, but then got very discouraged when given three crates to catch other beasts and failed each time. The first crate I did not know how to use it property, but game forced me to use it without any tutorial and the other two crates it was too fast or the language got very difficult very quickly and it broke the crate on first try. Each crate costs a lot of money and there is no guarantee that you will get a beast even a common one. The timer on this game also bothers me a lot as I have a learning disability and sometimes I need a few more minutes to get something and being rushed makes it difficult to complete the game. I like how you can set the difficulty on the game, but it does not work when it comes to catching beasts and it goes to hardest automatically pushing you to fail automatically if you don't get the answers fast enough. There are no second chances when it comes to catching a beast you just lose the trap automatically if not done correctly in a fast pace environment.
Langlandia
Most of it is battling so I am hoping that you can more do memorization to the game. Thanks.

This is a great game to supplement your Russian. I can practice what I've learned and get competitive to learn more.
Fun game to learn a new language
Very fun and similar to old school monster capture and battle games. A little on the dated side with style and art but fun never the less.
Great game for practicing
LangLandia is a legitimately fun way to drill your new language. Many games profess to be this, and aren’t. If you have the collecting gene, and most of us do, and/or are competitive, give this game a whirl!
This app has helped my Spanish
I have been using LangLandia for the past three years. Excellent vocabulary and grammar training . I am looking forward to seeing the speech recognition portion of the app improve ( Beta testing ) at this time. I wish there was a way that I could save all my past errors rather than just taking screen shots or scrolling through previous percentages. The developer/ developers have been quick to help with any concerns. I would highly recommend this app to any level of Spanish language learner. Muchas gracias, Preed aka Queen Isabella
Was good but F'd me
I used this for a year or two. Now log in does not work for second phone. What's worse is I also lost original log-in account. I changed pw in app but no email or UN. Reset pw, well it says use email. WYFH?
Improving
I really like the way they are improving their app. I started over and feel like I am doing better and having more fun with the game. Thank you.
